摘要 目的 探讨附着体在纯钛支架中应用的可行性、制作方法与修复效果。方法 为 5 5例患者制作附着体固位的纯钛金属可摘义齿 37件 ,附着体固位的钴铬合金可摘义齿 37件 ,共 74件义齿。比较两种材料的附着体义齿的制作方法与临床修复效果 ,用数字化X线影像测定修复前与修复后半年附着体基牙牙槽骨高度的变化。结果 两种材料的修复体 ,在部分制作方法上有所不同 ,但在修复前后附着体基牙牙槽骨高度的变化方面与松动度方面均无差异。结论 纯钛支架义齿采用附着体固位可以达到满意的修复效果 ,值得推广。 Objective To study the possibility that the attachments were used in pure titanium frame removable dentures.Methods The 37 pure titanium frame removable dentures were made and 37 Co-Ni alloy frane removable dentures were made for 55 patients.The making methods of two kinds material denture were compared.The dentures and situations of abutments were checked in clinic,the changing of the height of alveolar of the abutments were measured by X- digital-computer.Results There were not differences significantly in the effects of dentures a nd the changing of the height of alveolar of the abutments between pure titanium frame removable dentures and Co-Ni alloy frame.But the making methods that the attachments were used in pure titanium frame removable denture had some differences from Co-Ni alloy frame removable dentures.Conclusion It was perfect effects in clinic to use the attachments in pure titanium frame removable dentures.
