平阳霉素局部注射治疗小儿颈部囊性水瘤

A study of effects of Pingyangmycin injection on treatment of cervical cystic hydroma in children

目的 探讨平阳霉素局部注射治疗颈部囊性水瘤的疗效。方法 2 7例颈部囊性水瘤患儿采用平阳霉素瘤内局部注射治疗 ,先抽出部分囊内液体 ,再注射药液。用药量根据囊性水瘤的大小和患儿年龄而定。评价其治疗效果。结果 有效率达 10 0 %。结论 平阳霉素局部注射疗法可作为小儿颈部囊性水瘤的首选治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the therapetic effects of Pingyangmycin injection as a primary therapy on cervical cystic hydroma.Methods Twenty-seven patients(18 males and 9 females)with cervical cystic hydroma were treated in the Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Jilin University and Peking University Shenzhen Hospital from June 1995 to August 2002.The patients' ages ranged from 45 days to 10 years old.The 27 cystic hydroma underwent the therapy of Pingyangmycin,by injected with 2 mg/ml in physiological saline.The total dose of Pingyangmycin ranged from 8mg to 64mg,5 to 8 times together,per 4 weeks once.Results The curative rate was 100%.Conclusion The treatment of injection with Pingyangmycin maybe the first selective primary therapy of cervical cystic hydroma in children.
