89对双生子女童下颌恒磨牙牙轴发育的研究

摘要 目的 评价遗传、环境因素在下颌磨牙长轴方向变化中的作用。方法 运用混合纵向方法获得 89对双生子女童的 16 9对曲面断层片 (同卵 98对 ,异卵 71对 ) ,年龄为 7~ 12岁。对下颌第一、二恒磨牙长轴交角、下颌第一恒磨牙长轴与下颌平面交角进行了测量和分析。结果与结论 观察期内 ,下颌第一恒磨牙长轴方向受环境因素的控制较强。下颌第二恒磨牙长轴方向在早期受遗传因素的控制作用较强 ;环境因素的作用相对稳定。随年龄增长 ,其方向由前倾变为直立的状态。 Objective To evaluate the interactions between environmental and genetic effects on the development of mandibular permanent molars'axis.Methods The samples in this study were 89 pairs of female twins in Beijing China.With the mixed longitudinal method,the effective twins were 169 pairs (MZ 98,DZ 71),which were well distributing from 7 to 12 years old.The panoramic radiographs were obtained from them. Two indexes were measured on the panoramic radiographs and analyzed.They were the angle formed between the long axis of mandibular first and second permanent molars (M1and M2),and the angle formed between the long axis of M1 and the mandible plane.The independent-samples t test was used for statistical analysis.Results and Conclusion The relatively high environment proportion of the M1's axis was recognized.The direction of M1's axis changed very limited.In the earlier stage,there was relatively strong genetic effect on developing of the M2's axis.The environmental influence was relatively stable.Through the observing stage,the M2 was upright gradually from mesial inclination.
