摘要
分析了计算机进行管理的超声波连续自动探伤系统的硬件组成设计和软件设计思想以及在焊管生产中的应用状况,该系统基于虚拟仪器技术及采用智能化探伤技术,以软件代替硬件,有效地避免了系统误报警,实现了高精度焊缝自动跟踪检测,肯定了其具有自动化程度高、抗干扰能力强、探伤准确率高、系统稳定可靠及适用面宽等特点。
This paper analyzes ultrasonic continual automatic inspection system hardware compose design and software design thinking by computer manage and application on welded pipe production.The system adopted the technology of intelligent flaw detection and based on the technology of virtual instrument using software in place of hardware,its error in alarm can be effectively avoided.
