摘要 根据煤矿用电设备的特点,给出了煤矿电网供用电设备的谐波等值电路模型,结合一个实例讨论了煤矿供电系统谐波分析模型的建立和抑制矿井提升机变流器谐波的无源型滤波器设计方法,研制了谐波分析和滤波器设计程序,实际应用效果和测试数据表明所建立的系统分析模型和滤波器设计方法正确、有效. A lot of mine hoists in China are driven by AC-DC convertors, which cause harmonic pollution in power system of mines. One method to suppress harmonic pollution is to install passive power filter that generally consists of low pass filter (also called tuned filter) and high pass filter. Based on the equivalent circuits of power load and devices in mine, the method and procedure of formation of power system harmonic model and design of passive power filter for hoister convertor were presented thorough a practical instance. The flow chart of program for harmonic analysis and filter design simulating was given. The method described in this paper has been applied to design the power filter for the hoist in the Pingdingshan Coal Co. Ltd. The result shows that the filter can decrease harmonics and improve the power quality obviously and the proposed method and procedure are feasible and effective.
