VEGF与MMP-2在胃腺癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤侵袭转移的相关性研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌侵袭转移的关系。方法 采用S P免疫组化染色法检测了VEGF和MMP 2在 80例胃癌原发灶和 4 0例淋巴结转移灶中的表达。结果 VEGF、MMP 2在胃癌原发灶组织中的阳性表达率分别为96 .2 5 %、86 .2 5 % ,在淋巴结转移灶中分别为 85 .0 0 %、70 .0 0 %。VEGF蛋白表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移关系密切 ,而与肿瘤分化程度无关 ;MMP 2与肿瘤分化、浸润深度、淋巴结转移均有关。结论 VEGF、MMP 2在肿瘤侵袭转移中起重要作用 ,可作为胃癌预后判断的指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-2) in gastric carcinoma. Methods The level of VEGF and MMP-2 of 80 in situ specimens and 40 metastatic specimens from patients with gastric cancer were tested with immunohistochemical technology. Results The positive expressions of VEGF and MMP-2 were observed in 77 cases ( 96.25% ) and in 69 ( 86.25% ) respectively. And in metastatic specimens they were observed positively in 34 cases ( 85.00% ) and in 28 cases ( 70.00% ) each. There were significant correlation between the positive expression of VEGF and depth of invasion, lymphatic metastasis, except of differentiation. MMP-2 positivity was correlated with differentiation, depth of invasion and lymphatic metastasis. Conclusion VEGF and MMP-2 play important roles in the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
