摘要 为了研究TIG重熔焊缝工艺对焊接构件焊缝处的残余应力的分布及大小产生的影响,采用X射线衍射技术,测量焊接试板的焊缝TIG重熔前后不同部位的残余应力值;测试结果表明TIG重熔焊接可以使焊缝上残余应力分布趋于均化,对焊缝上纵向残余应力改善效果不明显,而对横向残余应力具有明显的改善效果,对于降低焊缝处应力集中,提高焊接件使用寿命很有帮助。 To study the affection of TIG remelting welding seam process to the distributing and magnitude of welding parts’residual stress in weld area,X-ray diffraction technology was used,measuring the residual stress,before and behind the remelting procedure,of tested plate in different position.The result showed that TIG remelting welding procedure could make the residual stress of welding seam evener.The effect of reducing the lognitudinal residual stress of welding seam isn’t obvious,but as for transverse residual stress,the effect is obvious.It is helpful of this process to reduce the aggregation of welding stress in welding seam and extend the life of welding parts.
