10CrMo1VNbN焊接接头组织性能研究

摘要 采用硬度、金相、X射线衍射等试验方法,对钨极氩弧焊(TIG)条件下10CrMo1VNbN小径管焊接接头的组织性能进行了研究。试验结果表明,10CrMo1VNbN焊接接头中不存在明显的软化区,焊缝的显微组织由奥氏体+少量δ铁素体组成,奥氏体晶内亚结构是呈板条状分布的马氏体。 Microstructure and properties of the welding joint zone of10CrMo1VNbN were researched by means of metallography in this paper,which included the use of hardness test and X-ray diffractmeter.The test results indicate there is not obvious softened zone in the welding zone;the microstructure of welding metal of10CrMo1VNbN is mainly composed of austenitic andδferrite,martensite distributed in the sub-microstructure of austenitic.
