Establishing a Growth System for Hi^tech Enterprises

据国内外高新技术产业发展的经验看,形成地区性高新技术企业成长系统的关键因素是:诱发因素、创新资源、相互依存的企业网络、支持环境。我国创造高新技术企业成长系统中存在科技成果产业化程度低、技术创新层次低、没有形成多元化投融资体系等问题对策,促进我国高新技术企业成长系统的形成。

From the domestic and foreign experience of developing hi^tech industries, we can arrive at several factors in forming a regional growth system for hi^tech enterprises, including induced causes, resources for creativity, and dependent enterprise networks and a support environment. However, there are many problems during establishing our growth systems for this type of enterprises, such as the low industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, less higher creativity of techniques, and no multi^channel systems for investment and fund raising.
