摘要
将不同氨纶送丝量的氨纶添纱织物裁制成筒状,按一定拉伸比套在内嵌触力传感器的圆筒上,测量织物对圆筒的压力,表征氨纶弹性针织服装压力。结果表明:此方法测量服装压力实用性好,准确度高,且直观体现氨纶针织物弹力性能与氨纶送丝量的相关性。
The polyurethane plated fabrics with different feed amount are cut into the shape of cylinder, and then covered to cylinderwith inset of pressure sensor according to different stretching ratio. Thus, the pressure of fabric on cylinder can stands forthe pressure of elastic polyurethane fabric garment. The experimental results suggest that this measuring method is verypractical, accurate, and can visually show the relationship between the elastic properties of fabric and the feed amount ofpolyurethane yarn.
