摘要
亚微结构尺寸热传导系数的尺寸效应和热流的延迟效应是传统热科学理论极少涉及的问题.对这些现象的成因进行了分析和讨论,提出了热流的波动理论计算方法,对隧道效应引起的热流进行了计算.
The size-effect of thermal conductivity coefficient and relaxation effect of thermal flux in microsize is seldom dealt with in tradition thermal science, in this paper, the reasons of these phenomenon have been discussed, the calculation method of thermal wave theory and the thermal flux which the tunneling effect result in is discussed.
