复肝抑纤汤治疗慢性丙型肝炎肝纤维化36例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Effect of Treatment of Chronic Liver Fibrosis in Patients of Hepatitis C by Fugan Yixian Decoction

目的 :观察复肝抑纤汤对慢性丙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法 :慢性丙型肝炎患者 6 0例 ,随机分为治疗组 (36例 )和对照组 (2 4例 ) ,分别给予复肝抑纤汤及大黄虫丸治疗 3个月 ,观察两组患者治疗前后血清透明质酸 (HA)、Ⅳ型胶原 (C Ⅳ )、层黏蛋白 (LN)、Ⅲ型胶原前肽 (PⅢP) ,及肝功能和B超变化情况。结果 :治疗组临床症状体征的改善明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,血清HA ,C Ⅳ ,PⅢP ,LN显著下降 ,肝功能明显改善 ,与对照组比较差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :复肝抑纤方对慢性丙型肝炎肝纤维化有明显的治疗作用。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of herbal compound,Fugan Yixian Decoction on human liver fibrosis caused by chronic hepatitis C.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic hepatitis C were divided into two group randomly.Fugan Yixian Decoction treated the thirty-six patients in the treated group and Bolus of Rhubarb and Ground Beetle treated the twenty-seven patients in the control group for three months.Serum levels of hyaluronic acid(HA),pracollagen Ⅲ N-terminal peptide(P Ⅲ P),collagen type(C-Ⅳ),laminin(LN) were measured before and after treatmen,meanwhile,liver function and B-ultrasound were observed.Results:Improvement of clinical symptoms and signs in the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Serum levels of HA,C-Ⅳ,LN,PⅢP in the treated group obviously reduced after treatment,and the liver function got better with significant difference as compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fugan Yixian Decoction is effective in the treatment of HCV related liver fibrosis.
