降血压食品功能因子对造模性高血压大鼠功效的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :建立药物诱发的高血压大鼠模型 ;通过观察实验性高血压大鼠评价降血压食品功能因子的降压效果。方法 :应用左硝基精氨酸诱导鼠高血压模型 ,分组给予食品及药物进行干预。结果 :模型组大鼠血压出现明显稳定的升高 ,实验各组血压及生化指标有不同程度改善。结论 :药物诱发的高血压大鼠模型成功 ,降血压食品功能因子有降压作用。 Objective:Prepared the hypertensive model,To observe effects of descending Blood Pressure of Hypertensive Rat with Gene of Functional Food (Roots of Kudzu Vine and Leafs of Ginkgo) in blood pressure and indications of biochemistry.Methods:Injected L-NNA into the abdomen of Rats to settle the hypertensive model.Then Roots of Kudzu Vine and Leafs of Ginkgo as well as Traditional Chinese medicine were used to treat them for 4 weeks.Results:The blood pressure of model group was ascending.The blood pressure of other groups were descending and indications of biochemistry had changed.Conclusion:The Blood Pressure of model gorup were ascending after 4 week.Functional Food can descending Blood Pressure and changing indications of biochemistry.
