癸水清对5/6肾切除大鼠内皮素、血管紧张素Ⅱ的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨癸水清延缓CRF进程的作用途径。方法 :以 5 / 6肾切除的方法复制CRF大鼠模型 ,随机分为模型组、尿毒清组、癸水清组 ,并设假手术组为空白对照 ,于实验第 1 6周末进行血浆内皮素 (ET)、血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )含量的测定 ,取肾组织进行光镜下的病理形态学观察。结果 :与模型组及尿毒清组相比 ,癸水清组CRF大鼠血浆内皮素 (ET)、血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )水平显著降低 (P <0 0 1 ) ,CRF大鼠肾病理形态学明显改善。结论 :降低ET和AngⅡ的含量 ,可能是癸水清防治肾衰大鼠肾组织病理损害 ,延缓肾功能恶化进程的作用机制之一。 Objective: to study the functional approaches to delaying the development of CRF with Guishuiqing. Methods: CRF model rats, made by means of 5/6 kidney removed, were randomly divided into model group, Niaoduqing group, Guishuiqing group, and false operation group as control; during 16th week, ET and Ang Ⅱ were determined, and kidney tissue observed under spasm pathologically. Results: compared with model group and Niaoduqing group, ET and Ang Ⅱ in CEF rats of Guishuiqing group decreased significantly ( p<0 01 ), and kidney pathomorphology was greatly improved. Conclusion: Decreasing the content of ET and Ang Ⅱ may be one of the functional mechanisms for Guishuiqing to prevent pathologic damage rats with renal failure and delay the exacerbation of renal function.
