高速列车动力车百叶窗空气流向与流速试验方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 对高速列车动力车冷却风室进风口处百叶窗空气流向、流速实车测量方法进行了研究。提出用改装后的机械式叶轮风速表作为传感器。经风洞标定试验,改造后的风速表叶轮转速与风速有良好的线性关系。最后对测试系统进行了列车地面静止试验。结果表明,该系统具有抗振、抗干扰能力强,可远距离传输信号等特点,能满足实车测量对测试系统的要求。 The investigation is done to the measuring method of the persian blinds airflow direction and speed at the inlet of cooling wind chamber of high speed power car. It is suggested to use the refitted speedometer with mechanical impeller as the sensor. Through wind standard tunnel test, linear relationship is found out between the impeller speed and the air speed of refitted air speedometer. Static ground test is made to the test system. The results show that the system features high capability of anti-vibration and anti-interference and could transmit signals through long distance. Requirement of real car measurement on measuring system is reached.
