摘要
阐述了SS4改进型电力机车端子柜测试仪的硬件组成及测试软件的设计思想,结合实际测试对象,提出了采用LabWindows/CVI和TC交互编程的模块化设计方式,介绍了测试硬件及软件在检测中的实现过程,并通过测试证明该装置能迅速检测到端子柜内多芯接插件出现的短路、断路、接触不良等故障。
It is exploited the design idea of testing hardware configuration and software of the terminal cabinet tester for SS4 modified locomotive. A modular design method is applied to a test object, with inter-program by LabWindows/CVI and TC. The realization process of the test hardware and software is described. Test shows that the device could detect the connector failures in the cabinet like short circuit, open circuit and bad contact etc.
