An Approach on the Production Process of GlauberSalt in Yuncheng Salt Lake

本文以芒硝析出原理为基础,详细介绍了运城盐湖的芒硝生产工艺,并剖析了其存在的问题,提出了运城盐湖“分池制卤,集中存贮,移地结晶”的芒硝生产新工艺。

Based on the salting out theory of Glauber salt,this paper aims at lowering cost and enhancing enterprise profit.It starts from formed brine in the production process of Glauber salt,absorbing advantages of the original process and getting rid of the disadvantages.Namely,in the original process,brine is concentrated in separate ponds and in situ crystallization takes place.After carried to the material platform by man power,it will be transported to chemical plants.Whereas in the new process,brine is concentrated in separate ponds,crystallization takes place in a centralized way,and salt is transported to the chemical plants by truck directly from the crystallization pond.
