研究了黄芪多糖(APS)的体外免疫活性。淋巴细胞转化试验结果表明,APS对ConA诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖具有显著的促进作用。

The immune activities in vitro of Astragalus polysaccharides (APS) were studied.The results showed that APS obviously stimulated the lymphocytes proliferation with ConA in a series of concentration (12.5～100.0 μg·mL^(-1)).
