摘要 动物模型在骨质疏松症的研究中广为采用,目前常用的动物有大鼠、小鼠、狗、小型猪、绵羊、兔、灵长目等,各有优点和缺点。研究者应根据实验要求和目的,慎重选择。常用的造模方法有去势、药物诱导和制动致骨质疏松症,最后通过多种指标综合分析,实现对骨质疏松症动物模型的全面判断。
