奥美沙坦治疗高血压 被引量：4

摘要 奥美沙坦为一种新型血管紧张素Ⅱ 1型受体(AT1)阻断剂。本品对不同程度的高血压均有明显的降压作用,尤对舒张压升高及合并其他心血管危险因子的患者作用显著。本文就本品的药动学、药理作用和最新临床研究进展作一综述。
