摘要 CD38是一种广泛分布于各种组织细胞表面及胞质内的糖蛋白,具有酶活性、参与信号转导等多种作用。生理状态下,葡萄糖通过作用于CD38-环ADP核糖信号通道,刺激β细胞分泌胰岛素。当CD38基因突变或体内产生抗CD38自身抗体时,可使其正常功能受到影响,从而参与糖尿病的发生。
