摘要 肺癌介入治疗技术是建立在肿瘤血供理论基础之上的,它与动脉血管的血流动力学问题紧密相关。从血流动力学的角度研究肺癌介入治疗中存在的问题,对提高疗效、减少并发症具有重要意义。我们通过模拟实验方法,测定了支气管动脉入口附近区域的药物灌注率,定义了自然灌注区的概念。对阐明肺癌介入治疗的血动力学机理给出了依据,也为临床应用提出了可避免发生高位截瘫并发症的肺癌介入治疗基本原理。 The interventional treatment of lung cancer is tightly related with hemodynamic situation of artery.To study hemodynamics of the interventional treatment of lung cancer can significantly improve curative effect and decrease complications.Through simulation experiment,the ratio of drug injection around the entrance of bronchial artery is obtained and the definition of natural perfusion region is given.The evidence for interventional treatment of lung cancer and the principle avoiding high-level paraplegia in clinical interventional treatment of lung cancer are also presented.
