摘要
根据新修订的国家标准GB/T228-2002的发布实施,介绍了新、旧标准的主要差异、新标准的测试方法要点及性能测试的主要技术要求,以便于标准的使用者正确理解和贯彻。对新旧标准过渡中遇到的问题提出了解决的建议。
The new-revised China national standard GB/T228-2002 had been published to put into effect in 2002. The main differences between the new and old standards were shown, and the main points of testing method and the technical key requirements for measuring properties were explained briefly in order that users could accurately understand and carry out this new standard. Some suggestions were made for resolving the problems arisen from the transition from the old standard to the new one.
