Determination of Ferulic Acid in Danggui Kangfu Capsules by HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法测定当归康妇胶囊中阿魏酸的含量。用DikmaC18柱 (4 6× 2 5 0mm) ,流动相 :1%醋酸 -甲醇 (6 0∶4 0 ) ,流速 :1ml·min- 1,检测波长 :313nm。线性范围在 0～ 0 6 380 μg (r =0 9994 ) ,平均回收率 98 3% (n =5 ) ,RSD为 1 6 %。

A HPLC method was established for the determination of Ferulic Acid in Danggui Kangfu Capsules. Dikma C 18 column (4 6×250mm) was used with a mobile phase of 1% acetic acid-methanol (60∶40). The content was detected at a wavelength of 313 nm. The flow rate was 1 0ml·min -1 . External method was used. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0～0 6380μg (r=0 9994). The average recovery was 98 3%(n=5) and RSD=1 6%.
