摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定复方制剂利肝生片中蛋氨酸的含量。以HypersilC18为色谱柱 ,水为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 19nm ,流速为 1 0ml·min- 1。蛋氨酸的线性范围为 5～ 80 μg·ml- 1,r =0 9999,高、中、低三种不同浓度的平均回收率范围为 10 0 2 4 %～ 10 0 4 8% ,RSD为 0 39%～ 0 6 1%。本法操作简便、快速 ,结果准确 ,分离效果好。
A HPLC method for the content determination of methionine in Compound Ligansheng tablets was established. Hypersil C 18 column was used with water as the mobile phase. The content was detected at wavelength of 219 nm. The flow rate was 1 0ml·min -1 . The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5～80μg·ml -1 , r=0 9999. The recovery range for three concentrations of high, medium and low was 100 24% to 100 48%. RSD ranged from 0 39% to 0 61%. The method could be operated easily and quickly with accurate result and effective separation.
