摘要 波前像差引导的准分子激光角膜屈光手术是“个性化”切削的主要方法 ,与传统的矫正屈光不正方法相比 ,在原理和方法上有很大不同。本研究从人眼像差的概念出发 ,研究像差的Zernike多项式表示方法、第二阶像差与屈光不正的关系 ,验证波前像差引导的准分子激光角膜屈光手术的可行性和准确性 ,为矫正人眼低阶和高阶像差提供理论依据。采用理论研究和实验相结合 ,标定像差和切削量的关系。实验结果表明 ,第二阶像差与屈光不正存在一定的联系 ,从而可以标定以像差引导的切削 。 Wavefront aberration guided excimer laser cornea ablation is a main method of customised corneal ablation.Compared to traditional refractive errors correcting,the principle and technique are quite different.Based on the concept of human eye wavefront aberration,the paper studied Zernike polynomials to represent the aberrated wavefront in the pupil and fitted the data to a Zernike series to reconstruct the wavefront aberrations of living human eye.The relationship between second-order Zernike coefficients and conventional spectacles was also observed.We verfied that wavefront aberration guided excimer laser cornea ablation surgery is feasible and precise which provide a theory foundation for correcting the low order and the high order aberration of the human eyes.In this study,the theory combined with experiment was adopted,it calibrated the mathematics relation between the ablation depth and aberration at special corneal position.The experiments results showed:there is some relation existed betwecn second-order Zernike coefficients and traditional refractive errors which can calibrate aberration guided cornea ablation,and the human eyes aberration can be corrected.
