摘要
目的 :建立准分子激光治疗屈光不正时角膜切削的数学模型。方法 :从近视及远视的屈光状态出发 ,分析准分子激光屈光矫正的原理、角膜曲率的变化对屈光率的影响 ,着重建立屈光性近视和远视矫正的精确数学模型 ,给出屈光程度与手术直径及角膜切削程度的曲线关系图 ,并以此植入准分子激光手术治疗机 ,进行指导屈光手术。结果 :统计某眼科中心 163只术眼 ,81.6%的术眼 1个月后的裸眼视力达到 0 .8以上。结论 :根据数学模型和曲线关系图指导的手术达到了临床的要求 。
Objective To establish excimer laser cornea correction mathematical model.Methods Based on the diopter status of myopia and hypermetropia,the author presented the principle of excimer laser refractive surgery,the change of impacting cornea curvature on the cornea diopter.The exact mathematics model of the refractive myopia and hypermetropia were established in details .The relationship between ablation depth and diopter and surgery zone was also discussed.The model had been used for guiding the myopia,hyperopia diopter correction.Results The clinical statistics showed that in 163 eyes operated,approximately 81.6% of patient's with uncorrected vision of 20/25 or better.Conclusion The mathematics model meets clinical requirement and is safe for practical use.
