摘要
目的评价超声对性腺外生殖细胞肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的24例性腺外生殖细胞肿瘤超声特征。结果超声能清楚显示肿瘤范围、边界与邻近结构的关系。结论超声对性腺外生殖细胞肿瘤具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of US in extragonadal germ cell tumors(EGGCT). Methods: Twenty-four cases with EGGCT were studied retrospectively, and their ultrasonographic features were mainly reviewed. Results: US can well demonstrate the extent, border and the relationship with adjacent tissue. Conclusion: US has an important clinical value in the diagnosis of EGGCT.
