摘要
针对无辩识自适应控制在大滞后系统控制中的不足之处,采用模糊控制理论改进无辩识自适应控制方式,提出一种模糊预测控制方案,对系统实际控制偏差的变化趋势进行预测,给出控制参数进行控制,很好地解决了具有时滞性、不确定性、大惯性工业过程的控制问题,并在啤酒发酵生产过程中取得了发酵温度的误差可以控制在±0 1℃以内的良好效果,有一定的应用前景。
To the fault of unidentified adaptive control in big time lag system, a fuzzy forecast controller is designed by using the fuzzy control theory to improve unidentified adaptive control. The system control declination can be predicted by means of the proposed method. The control coefficients are given to resolve the control problems such as delays, uncertainties. The control method is applied in practical system of beer fermentation, and a good result shows that the error of ferment temperature can be kept in ±0.1℃.
