摘要
目的 探讨米氮平治疗抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法 将符合 CCMD-3抑郁症诊断标准的患者随机给予米氮平和万拉法新治疗 ,于治疗前及治疗后第 1、2、4周末分别用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 ( HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表 ( HAMA)、临床疗效总评量表 ( CGI-SI)进行评定以及副反应评定。结果 米氮平与万拉法新总有效率没有显著差异。米氮平的副反应以体重增加和食欲增加为主。结论 米氮平的抗抑郁作用与万拉法新相似 ,起效快 ,副反应小 ,安全性大 ,依从性好。
Objective To explore efficacy and side effects of mirtazapine.Methods 62 inpatients with depression according to CCMD-3 were involved on this study.They were randomly assigned to mirtazapine group (n=30) and venlafaxine group(n=32)for 4 weeks.HAMD,HAMA,CGI-SI and TESS were adopted to evaluate the efficacy and side effects before treatment and 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Results Findings indicated that efficacy of mirtazapine was similar to that of venlafaxine,and its side effects were less than venlafaxine.Conclusion Mirtazapine is an effective and safe antidepressant.It could be used as a first-line antidepressant in the treatment of depression.
