摘要
目的 探讨在“非典型肺炎”流行期间高校学生焦虑状况及其与应付方式之间的关系。方法 对江西某高校 3 1 6名本科生及研究生施测了焦虑自评量表和应付方式问卷。结果 1“非典”期间高校学生的焦虑水平远远高于全国常模 ;2不同性别与不同年龄阶段学生的焦虑水平无显著差异 ,但不同专业学生的焦虑水平差异较为显著。3高校学生的焦虑水平与其应付方式密切相关。其中与解决问题应付因子显著负相关 ,与自责、幻想、退避和合理化显著正相关 ;高焦虑组被试和低焦虑组被试在各应付因子上均存在显著性的差异 ;多元回归分析结果表明解决问题、自责和合理化因子对焦虑的预测作用较为明显。结论 在“非典型肺炎”流行期间 ,高校学生存在明显的焦虑 ,并且其焦虑状况与应付方式密切相关 ,加强高校学生应付能力的培养 。
Objective To explore the relationship between coping style and anxiety of students during the period of SARS.Methods 316 graduates and postgraduates in Jiangxi Normal University were collected as our sample.They were tested with Coping Style Questionnaire and SAS.Results ①the level of anxiety of all the tested Ss is much higher than that of the national norm.②the level of anxiety of Ss has significant difference in major rather than gender and age.③The level of anxiety was negatively correlated with solving problem,positively correlation with self-accusation.fancy,rationalization and avoidance.There were significant differences in each coping style between the higher scores and the lower scorers on SARS.Stepwise regression analysis revealed that self-accusation,solving problem and rationalization was significant of anxiety.Conclusion During the period of SARS,students were in high anxiety.Coping style was correlated with anxiety,promoting the coping ability was good to reduce the anxiety of students in normal university.
