蒙药扎各彻·阿汤治疗早期糖尿病性视网膜病变的研究

Resurch of Treatmrnt for Dlabetic Retinopathy of Zhageche Atang of Mongolian Drugs

目的 :观察蒙药“扎各彻·阿汤”治疗早期糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效。方法 :设治疗组 32例 (5 3眼 )服用蒙药“扎各彻·阿汤” ;对照组 30例 (4 9眼 )口服复方丹参方 ,观察治疗前后的视力、眼底及血液流变学变化。结果 :治疗组患者的血液流变学指标均比服药前降低 (P <0 .0 5 )而对照组无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组眼底病变改善者明显多于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :蒙药“扎各彻·阿汤”可以用于治疗早期糖尿病性视网膜病变。

To observe clinical effectiveness of treatment for diabetic retinopathy of Zhageche. Atang of Mongolian drugs.Methods Changes of hemorheology and ocular fundus in the patients with background diabetic retinopthy that had been randomly assigned to receive either oral Zhageche· Atang of Mongolian drugs (32cases,trearment group)or control group 30 cases were reported.Results The leder of hemorheology decreased significantly(P<0.05=in treament guoup and no obvious change was founding in control group(P>0.05 ).The number of cases of inproving ocular manifestation in treatment group was more than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhageche·Atang of Mongolian drugs could be available for treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
