摘要
以大白鼠为实验对象 ,辛伐他汀为阳性对照药 ,吐温 - 80为敷型剂对照 ,研究了胡椒碱对大白鼠血脂水平的影响。结果表明 ,胡椒碱可显著降低血清中总胆固醇 (TC) ,对血清甘油三酯有一定的降低作用。
For observation of the antilipidic effect of Piperine on experimental hyperlipoidemia in rat,Sinvastatin and Tween-80 were used as positive contrast medicine and excipient contrast medicine respectively.Results show that piperine can significantly reduce TC,and to a certain reduce TG in rat with hyperlipoidemia . [
