目的 :研究蒙药前列畅栓最佳处方筛选。方法 :用 4因素 3水平正交设计法确定最佳制剂工艺 ,以外观、硬度及崩解时限的综合分评价栓剂质量。结果 :该栓剂处方的最佳组合A2 B1C2 D3 ,即主药量 (流浸膏 )为 5 5 .2 5 % ,其质量为 4 4 .2 0 % (PEG -4 0 0 0 +PEG - 6 0 0 0 (1:1) ) ,吐温 - 80量为 0 .5 5 %。结论 :以A2 B1C2 D3 的条件所制得的栓剂外观。

ObjectiVe: To select the best prescription of Mongo1ia Medicine Qian Lie Chang Supposit ory. Method:The best pharmaceutiCal technology was Obtained by four factors-three levels orthogonal design.The suppository quantity is evaluated by summing up marks of surface, hardness and bleaked time.Result:The best prescription of suppository is formed withA 2B 1C 2D 3,e.g.main medicine(extract liquid)is 55.25%;base material is 44.20% [PEG-4000+PEG-6000(1:1)];Tween-80 is 0.55%.Conclusion:The surface,hardness and bleaked time of Suppository is best condition with A 2B 1C 2D 3.
