摘要 〔目的〕探索快速检测动物肝组织中玉米赤霉醇残留方法的最佳条件。〔方法〕首先对肝组织样品采用C18柱和免疫亲和柱的前处理方法 ,提取玉米赤霉醇 ;然后 ,采用竞争性酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)进行检测。〔结果〕二种样品前处理方法的比较 ,免疫亲和柱提取法较好、提取效率高、可用多次、方法应用稳定 ;竞争性酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)操作简单、方法可靠 ,适宜规模化检测。〔结论〕本研究认为 ,采用免疫亲和柱的前处理方法和ELISA的结合 ,能有效地发现动物肝组织中痕量玉米赤霉醇残留。 s For the best condition of finding out rapidly the residual zeranol in the animal live tissue,this researsh adopted the competitive enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,and the purification methods of the C18 column and the immunoaffinity column on the previous disposal step of tissue samples. Comparing analytical results of the experimental datas,we are sure the immunoaffinity column is more effective,more reliable,and ELISA is useful to the detection of a larger number samples.
