摘要
〔目的〕建立固相萃取 -气质联用法测定肉食品中盐酸克伦特罗残留量的方法。〔方法〕样品经乙醚萃取 ,LC -WCX离子交换柱分离纯化 ,氨化甲醇溶液洗脱浓缩 ,与BSTFA衍生后进行GC/MS分析〔结果〕建立的方法在所测范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,相关系数 0 .9989,检测限达 1.5 μg/kg ,相对标准偏差在 4.2 % -10 .3 % ,样品的加标回收率在 78.5 % -92 .6%。〔结论〕该方法灵敏、定量准确 ,可广泛应用于肉食品中盐酸克伦特罗残留量的检测。
ObjectiveA method using SPE combined with GC/MS has been developed for the determination of clenbuterol residues in meat food.〔Methods〕The clenbuterol in sample was extracted with diethyl ether and separated by LC-WCX ion exchange column then desorbed down by ammonia-methyl alchol solution.At last the clenbuterol derivatives derivatized by N,O-bis(trimethylailyl)trifluoroacetamide(BSTFA)was analyzed by GC/MS.〔Results〕The method developed has good linear relation with correlation coefficients of 0.9989 in the linear range, detection limits of 1.5 μg/kg,relative standard deviations between 4.2-10.3%, and the recoveries of standard addition in meat food ranging from 78.5-92.6%.〔Conclusion〕The method is sensitive and accurate, may apply extensively to determine clenbuterol residues in meat food.
