摘要
〔目的〕建立GC/MS法测定掺入食品中罂粟壳残留的方法。〔方法〕用GC/MS法对掺入食品中罂粟壳中残留的可待因、吗啡、罂粟碱等阿片生物碱进行定性测定 ,选取其中的响应值的最高可待因作为检出罂粟壳的指标。〔结果〕用质谱对各种阿片生物碱定性准确 ,用可待因作为检出指标灵敏度高 ,检出限低 (1mg/kg)。〔结论〕该方法准确、快速、灵敏 ,适用于测定掺入食品中罂粟壳残留。
Objective An GC/MS method was developed to detect residual poppy in food.〔Methods〕 Residual poppy such as codeine, morphine, papaverine etc in food was identified by GC/MS. Codeine, the highest sensitivity compound, was selected as the target of detection.〔Results〕 Identification of the alkaloids using mass spectrum is reliable. The limit of detection is low(1mg/kg),using codeine as target compound.〔Conclusions〕 The method is sensitive, reliable and fast.
