摘要
利用在酸性条件下亚硝酸盐对硫酸铁铵一硫氰酸钾体系的褪色效应,建立了褪色光度法测定肉品中亚硝酸盐的方法,探索了测定的最佳操作条件。
In this paper, a new method of applying the discoloration spectrophotometry to determine the nitrite in meat products is worked out on the basis of the discoloration effect in the system of NH4Fe (SO4 )2 -KCNS by nitrite in the acid environment, meanwhile, the optimal determining condition is explored.
