Evaluating and Analysing on City Target

依据城市发展的基本特点以及现代高技术战争作战理论、作战样式的变化,对城市打击目标进行了分类,对影响城市目标重要性的因素及分级进行了研究,并利用模糊综合评判方法对目标重要性进行了分析。依据目标重要性指数,提出了目标体系概念,对单体目标提出了目标结构的概念及研究内容。

According to the development of city and the changes in mode of operations in high technology war, the paper is mainly concerned with city target. It has paid attention to the classification of city targets and the factors affecting on the values of them. The writer has used the method of fuzzy math to evaluate and analyse the city targets, then gets some concepts and research contents about city targets, such as target system and target structure.
