摘要
现有关于企业家的研究框架缺乏或不能充分考虑供给方面而不尽完善.本文试图采取经济学的分析方法来理解企业家的供给问题,我们把分析的范围限制在企业内部的企业家供给机制上,并侧重于机制而非制度层次,结论是企业可以而且必须通过提供积累经营人力资本所需投资和完善内部激励两个方面来促进潜在企业家的成长.
The current conceptual framework about entrepreneurship is short of the supply aspect of the problem, we try to understand that from the viewpoint of personal economics, and focus on the inner supply mechanism of enterprise, instead of general introduction of principles. The conclusion is that the firm must provide some investment about managerial human capital and improve inner incentive system.
