摘要
当今社会,人力资本已在经济发展中显得举足轻重,甚至已成为经济发展的决定性因素。笔者从人力资本的概念及其产生过程分析了人力资本的特性以及对经济发展的影响,并提出了如何发展人力资本,最终促进经济增长。
In today's society, human capital is so important that it has almost become the decisive factor in the economic development. Starting with the concept of human capital and the process in which it came into being, this paper analyses the features of human capital and the influences it exercises on the economic development, and puts forwards some suggestions as to how to develop human capital in order to promote economic development.
