It's of important significance to study the brilliant exposition on “Three representatives”reported by Jiang Zemin at the 16th NPC. We should integrate theory with practice and the new situation the trade union face,to perform the function of the union's safegard better,and to give full scope to the union's function as a bridge and a link for the Party to integrate the common people.
