Based on summarizing the experiences of years' socialist political construction in China,our party clearly put forword and founded the theory of socialist political civilization.This is not only a succession to Marx's theoory on political civilization,but also an important innovation and development to the theory of scientific socialism.The socialist political civilization is different from all of pre-capitalism',as well as connected with and different from capitalism',so it is a new-style political civilization.The persistence of party's leadership,the perfection of socialist democracy and the strength of jural construction are its three key components.
