摘要
时代和社会的发展 ,对德育工作提出了更高的要求。当前德育工作者迫切需要转变德育观念 ,构建适应时代特点的现代德育方法体系。在德育过程中 ,由单纯灌输转向双向互动 ,发挥学生的主体性 ,最大限度地增强德育的实效性 ,以保证德育目标的实现。
With the development of times and society,there is a higher demand for the work of moral education.At present,it is urgent for moral educators to change their concept of moral education and construct modern moral education method system which suits the characters of times.During the process of moral education,it is needed to shift from purely instillation to two-way interaction so as to encourage students' subjectivity,improve practical result to the highest degree and realize the goal of moral education.
