摘要
加入WTO之后 ,高校人才培养的环境发生了变化 :国际国内对高层次人才的需求上升 ,人才需求及人才标准国际化 ,防止西化分化的任务艰巨。高校人才培养应从更新观念、实施创新教育、推进人文教育与科学教育融合、加强国际合作、优化教师队伍、大力发展远程教育、加强思想政治工作等方面全面改革。
After acceding to WTO,the environment of training talented persons in colleges and universities has changed;the demands for advanced talented persons in rising;the demands and standards of talents become internationaized,the task to prevent being westernized and splitting up has becomes arduous,The training of talented persons in colleges and universities is to be reformed.
