摘要
全纳教育是国际上兴起的一种教育的新思潮 ,其目的在于“要加强学生的参与 ,减少学生被排斥” ,使全社会的儿童享有均等的教育权利 ,以提高全民族的文化素质 ;而我国目前所提倡的全民教育同样是为了提高全民族的整体素质 ,为将来的竞争做好充分的人才储备。因此 ,二者的共同点是相通的 ,既提倡教育的民主与平等 ,又重视民族综合素质的提高 ,也就是重视人力资源的基础建设。
Inclusive education is a kind of new trends of thought in the world,its aim is to strengthen the students' participation and to avoid excluding them,so that all children can enjoy the equal right of education,and the cultural quality of our whole nation can be improved.And now the entire nation in education of our country is also to improve the entire quality of our whole nation and lay up talented persons for future competition.So,they both have the same point, that is,to advocate the democracy and equality of education and attach great importance to the improvement of the whole nation's overall quality,that is,the basic construction of human resources.
