Development of community culture has multi-functions.First,community culture can promote human development.Second,community culture can increase the function of cities.Third,community culture can promote community construction.To strengthen community construction,we must take man as the foundation,the culture as the soul and the region as the body,strengthen the organization and management of community culture and at the same time pay attention to the change and sedimentation of community culture.
