Insistence on running the country according to law put forward by the party's16th National Congress is an important development in Marxist doctrine about nation and theory about political party and is a sign of an important change in the way of the party's being in power.To realize the unity between party's leadership,people's democracy and doing things according to law,we must,in understanding and practice,solve the problems of correct position and relation between running the country according to law and being in power according to law,between leading party and party in power,between party's leadership and law of the country,party's policy and law of the country.
