摘要
本文从行业发展过程的角度出发 ,指出了行业发展存在两种循环过程 ,分析在位企业和后进入企业在行业发展不同时期的战略选择。进一步细化迈克尔·波特差异化战略的对象范围 ,指出了差异化战略与低成本领先战略在企业发展过程中的相互关系 。
Starting from the perspective of the industrial evolution,this paper points out that there are two types of circulation in the industrial development.This helps to analyzes how two different enterprises should choose the better strategy.Further narrow the target range of Potter's different strategy,this paper points out the interaction between different strategy and low cost strategy,which are the two determinant variables of enterprises' strategic choice.
