摘要 随着中国汽车产业的不断发展 ,汽车经销商也不断发展壮大 ,部分大型经销商已经朝着多品牌、规模化、集团化发展 ,同时也遇到了进一步发展的战略模式选择的瓶颈 ,构筑大型汽车经销商发展战略模式业已成为中国汽车营销发展的当务之急。本文通过对国内部分大型汽车经销商的跟踪调研和深入分析 ,提出了大型汽车经销商独特发展模式的三角理论 :即以汽车市场为基础的服务模式、以资本为纽带的资金运作模式。 With the development of automobile industry in China,the automobile dealers are also developing constantly.Some of the automobile dealers are developing towards diversified brands,scales and groups.At the same time,they confront the selections of further developing strategy and development model,which have been the urgent affairs of China automobile marketing.This paper uses the marketing research and deep analysis of some large scale automobile dealers in China,proposing that the triangle theory of unique development model for large scale automobile dealers:the compounded developing model theory of the service model based on the automobile market,the operation model based on the capital operation and the core competence creating model based on brand orienting.
